Front Desk Agent - Benchmark Intern/ August - December 2018

As a Front Desk Agent it is my job to ensure that every guest is taken care of. Our guests receive the highest level of care from the moment the guest walks through the doors of the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, to the time they checkout. We proactively predict the needs of our customers before they even realize that they were in need and seek to fulfill their requests by going above and beyond.
Our job at the Texas A&M Hotel is to "Be The Difference" and strive to brighten the day of every guest we interact with.
I've learned valuable skills during my internship including: Crowd Management, Event Planning, and Conflict Resolution to name a few. I even organized a surprise visit from Lady Rev for one of our guests!
There are many perks to the job like a 401K, $11/hr and medical but its the experiences with our guests and my coworkers that have been the best benefit so far.
